    The strategic marketing objective is attain the position of a manufacturer of high quality plywood and a reliable partner for international customers. In order to achieve the main objective, the following part-objectives should be attained:

    • Product certification in accordance with international quality standards;
    • Creation of a modern facility with application of the most recent technological solutions for a planned production capacity of 60,000 m3/year (30,000 m3/year – birch plywood of various grades and 30,000 m3/year – laminated plywood).

    The strategy for achieving the objectives is based on production directed at the highest quality. The concentration of production is substantiated on one product type – 2440x1220mm and 1220x2440mm (longitudinal and latitudinal) laminated beech plywood. The facility will be equipped with an up-to-date production line, which will be characterised by a high level of flexibility in production. In connection with the above, there will be the possibility to increase production of each type of plywood within the maximum production capacity and adjustment of the production cycle to the individual orders of key customers. Target markets are:

    • Russian Federation,
    • CIS,
    • European Union.
